General

TheraTouch+ is a HIPAA-compliant healthcare platform that connects patients with licensed therapists. It provides secure scheduling, messaging, session documentation, and practice management tools.
Yes. TheraTouch+ is fully HIPAA compliant. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, enforce two-factor authentication, maintain comprehensive audit logs, and follow all required privacy and security standards.
TheraTouch+ serves both patients seeking therapy services and licensed mental health professionals looking to manage their practice. Enterprise plans are available for clinics and group practices.

For Patients

After creating your free account, use our search tool to browse therapist profiles. You can filter by specialty, availability, and other criteria. Once you find a therapist, you can book an appointment directly through their profile.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to your therapist's cancellation policy.
Absolutely. All personal health information is encrypted using AES-256 encryption, sessions time out after 15 minutes of inactivity, and all access to your records is logged and audited. We meet or exceed all HIPAA requirements.

For Therapists

Register for a therapist account, then complete our onboarding process which includes verifying your professional credentials, setting up your profile, and configuring your availability. Our admin team will review your credentials before your profile goes live.
TheraTouch+ provides SOAP, DAP, and Progress note templates for session documentation. Notes are encrypted at rest, support a sign-and-lock workflow for compliance, and can be exported as PDF. After locking, you can add addendums as needed.

Billing & Pricing

Yes. Therapists can start with a free trial to explore all features before committing to a subscription. Patient accounts are always free to create and use.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will be retained in compliance with HIPAA regulations (minimum 7 years for health records) but your account will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
